Shipping Policy

Payment Terms: 

Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. Please review your order, items and shipping information carefully. Once submitted, your order and payment will be processed. If there are any errors or changes to your order please notify us immediately, so we can update and adjust your order.

Credit Card Fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We have special payment processes in place to protect our clients against fraudulent transactions.

Order Processing: 

After you place your order, you’ll receive an email with your confirmation receipt and order ID. Once your order is successfully processed, your EZRA Hair will ship within 2 business days. Our products are shipped from our office in Las Vegas, NV.

Out Of Stock: 

If any product is out of stock, unavailable you can sign up to be notified when it becomes available again. Our website will not allow you to place an order for an out of stock product, but if that ever happens by mistake, our team will contact you immediately and offer a substitution or full refund. 

Returns & Exchanges:

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy at Ezra is simple. If you don't love your Ezra product, simply send it back unused in its original condition, and we will issue a full refund or exchange the product(s) within 30 days. 

If you purchase Ezra Remy Hair and would like a refund, the hair must be in its original packaging, unused, and its original condition. Hair received as a return that is not in its original packaging and used will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued as we cannot resell the product. 

If you purchase an Ezra T-Shirt and would like a refund, it must be unworn and in its original packaging. If you purchase Ezra supplies and would like a refund, they must be unused and in their original packaging. 

All orders ship within two business days. Orders placed after 2:00 pm PST on Friday will ship the following Monday. 

If you want to return a product for any reason, simply fill out the Ezra Return Authorization Form and ship your product(s) back to us within 30 days from the day you received your order. The Return Authorization Form is required for all returns and exchanges and will help us expedite and track your request so you'll receive your refund faster.

Once we receive your product(s) and Return Authorization Form, we will process your refund (minus the cost of shipping and handling) within five business days. Please note that it can take some banks up to 7-10 business days to refund your account. This is a policy that each bank sets for itself.

Shipping Delays:

We entrust USPS, FedEx, and UPS to deliver your package on time. Unfortunately due to COVID restrictions with some shipping companies, delays do happen sometimes and we are not able to guarantee shipping times. We are not responsible for late shipments and do not offer reimbursement for shipping charges. 

Failed Deliveries/ Refused Shipments/ Incorrect Shipping Address: 

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included any suite, building, or apartment numbers needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. 

Damaged Shipments:

If your shipment is delivered and your package has been damaged, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately at to assist you. 

Lost Shipments:

If your shipment has been marked as delivered and you did not receive it. Please contact our Customer Support Team at so we can open an investigation. 

Policy Changes:

Ezra Hair & Wig Co.  reserves the right to make changes to all policies, prices, and procedures at any time.
